When she washed my hair, she also did a full on head and neck massage with aroma therapy! Soo nice. And I am so happy with how my hair turned out!     Need a change, but aren't sure what is right for you? We’ll sit down and talk about it before you commit! Schedule a consultation under the New Guest Menu on my booking site.

    Interested in hair extensions? Please schedule a consultation and add that you are looking to add some length and/or volume via extensions in the notes!

  • Please take a moment to fill out a New Guest form, so that I can ensure you have the best experience possible! The information you submit is kept private and will be stored in my guest records.

    Please read/acknowledge all policies and answer all questions to the best of your ability, as they are designed to inform me of contraindications that may impact the results of your service!

    New Guest Form

  • All appointments require a 50% deposit to book.

    This will be applied to the total cost of your services. Otherwise, the deposit is eligible for a refund if a cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

    Keep in mind that this deposit does not apply to the additional costs of add-on services, time, or additional requisite applications of chemical services unless you add them to your appointment when you book!

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide notice as soon as possible and I will be happy to work on scheduling a new date for your appointment.

    Your deposit is eligible for a refund if a cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

    If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, please send me a text notifying me of your expected arrival time! I do not charge late fees, but please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may not have time to complete your service entirely!

  • When you enter the Parlor, you will be welcomed and offered a beverage! I allot around 15 minutes of extra time for New Guests, so that I can get a thorough consultation on your desired results, hair history, lifestyle, maintenance, issues with your hair and scalp, long-term and short-term goals, styling and home hair care routines! All New Guest appointments include a complimentary Deep Conditioning Treatment to better help you begin your Healthy Hair Journey!

    After we have determined your desired results and discussed pricing, policies, requisite hair care, and in-salon treatments, we will begin your service!

    During your appointment, I will ask how you are feeling about specific portions of your style and give recommendations on anything you are unsure of, but any feedback on your part about what you do and don't want is greatly appreciated!

    When meeting a New Guest or trying out a new style, I am learning your hair and your communication styles, so it benefits both me and you for you to be picky! I take very specific notes on all my guests so that if you return to me and we decide there is an element of your style that isn't for you, it allows me to tweak my process so that every appointment is better and better! I LOVE hearing complaints about your hair, as you are teaching me more about yourself and your ultimate goals, and helps us achieve them!
